We purchased a sectional about ten years ago. It was the first sofa that they custom made with both leather and material. They made sure we were completely satisfied and worked with us during the entire process. Mavis was exceptional! It still looks beautiful and we are still very happy with the quality. It was the worth the “extra” we paid for the quality of the leather (so soft) and the durability. Since we were so satisfied, we decided to purchase another sectional & move the older one downstairs. We bought a leather sectional with a high quality leather with some of the seats being recliners. The sectional was made and delivered in the time they had mentioned. Even the delivery staff was wonderful and professional! Unfortunately, there was a tilt to the sofa that is common to reclining seats but we had a specific carpeted square to place the sectional. We needed straight backs for placement between the carpet and the hardwood flooring given the space & placement of other furniture. The staff was wonderful and very understanding when we told them of our dilemma! They told us our business & satisfaction was the most important thing. We re-ordered two completely new couches, a chair and an ottoman for our great room instead. We received full credit for the sectional and they even gave us a discount for the chair & ottoman! Not only does Leather Creations make the best sofas in Atlanta but the service is of the highest standard and they will really work with you to keep you happy despite the custom service.
