Three stars are for customer service, five stars for quality of leather (you get what you pay for) and one star for Leather Creations not educating their delivery people on jewelry verses leather. The Leather Creation store my wife and I did business with has since relocated. We spent over 15K in custom leather, which we’ve been happy with, for the most part.
This review is not targeting any specific Leather Creation location, but simply a warning to all customers to THOROUGHLY inspect all leather furniture delivered to your home, especially, during the warmer months. The reason for this warning is, some delivery personnel, when wearing watches, bracelets, etc, not protected by shirt sleeves, can scratch, or even cut the leather when muscling the piece.
Repaired custom leather is never the same, so please, THOROUGHLY INSPECT, your custom leather, before the delivery people leave your home, otherwise, you’ll be stuck with a costly repair job, you’ll never be happy with. NOTE: I’ll say it again, If you don’t catch damage on delivery, it WILL be considered your fault.
