Delivery is another story. I received the wrong furniture about two weeks before the correct furniture was delivered and even though I had repeatedly informed the folks at the store and the factory that I live in a two-story home on pilings requiring the furniture to be moved up 2 flights of stairs, only one old gentleman arrived with the furniture and I had to help the old guy get the couch off his truck and under cover out of the rain. I had to pay an additional $216 to have the furniture moved upstairs to the room for which it was intended even though we paid for delivery that included installation of the furniture in the home. My wife called the store and spoke with the gentleman that sold us the set about the additional cost. He said he would talk to the boss because the least they could do was reimburse us for the extra delivery cost. He also said he would call her right back. Of course that never happened. So the product is wonderful; the delivery is horrible and I would not trust buying from them again. Even though I had intended to buy home theater furniture from them and my wife mentioned that to the gentleman on the phone, they still blew us off and
